If you would like to return an item for a full refund, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Contact me within the 14 day period at caitlinkellyking2001@gmail.com and include your order number in the email.

I reserve the right to refuse a return (and not issue a refund) if an item has clearly been used, damaged, etc.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs unless the item is being returned due to a mistake on my end or a defect in the item. In that case, I will refund your postage costs. q
